To connect with our teen audience, we created five mischievous animated characters and put them in a variety of fun and outlandish performance-based situations
The following shorts exemplify the different ways we made claims fun for teens across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. All content was housed on GNM.com.
In this project, I managed the production:
- Concept and Pre-production:
- Managed the development of the animation concept and storyline.
- Managed the storyboard or animatic to visualize the sequence of scenes.
- Drafted a production schedule and budget to manage resources efficiently.
- Character Design and Asset Creation:
- Oversaw the design of the 2D characters based on the approved art style.
- Established a rigging system for characters to enable animation.
- Builded a library of reusable assets to expedite future projects.
- Animation and Production:
- Animate the characters and scenes according to the storyboard.
- Managed internal and external stakeholder reviews
- Simultaneously work on different parts of the animation to meet deadlines.
- Sound Design and Music:
- Coordinated with sound and music vendors on to match the mood and tone of the videos.
- Arranged sound mix reviews when necessary
- Post-production and Delivery:
- Edit the final animation, adding visual effects if necessary.
- Color correct and enhance the visuals to achieve the desired look.
- Include end credits and any necessary branding or copyright information.
- Export the animation in the appropriate format and resolution for its intended distribution platform (TV, web, social, etc.).
